Keeping Children Safe

Here at Braunstone Frith Primary School we are committed to keeping your children safe, at school, at home, in the community, in the real world and online.  We try to provide parents with different sources of information to support this. For example:

  • On our website, under the 'Key Information' tab, you can find our school policies, including our safeguarding policy, as well as various leaflets, guidance and advice on how to keep children safe. Staff receive training and refresher training on all aspects of this.
  • Under the 'Parents' tab, you can find information regarding keeping children safe online under 'E-Safety'.
  • This page contains external guidance and advice aimed at parents. Many of the resources listed below come from the NSPCC and provide parents with sound advice on handling a range of issues.
  • We will regularly send home leaflets and information on the schools newsletter to help keep you up to date
  • Our Designated Safeguarding Leaders are Mrs Smith, Mrs Gibson, Mrs Mullings, Mrs Mckinnon, Mrs Grant, Mrs Duggan and Miss Allen.
